The 44th mayor of Spokane took his oath of office Friday morning. David Condon stood next to his wife, Kristin, during the ceremony with words of invocation spoken by Chaplain Ron Alter and introductions from the city's new City Administrator, Theresa Sanders.?
A crowd of about 200 collected under the Riverfront Park clock tower just after 10 a.m. The weather did not deter them from attending though most attendees were bundled in jackets and scarves.?
