Shane Dorney is currently working with his Father at Dorney Security Systems, El Paso?s Oldest Locally Owned and Operated Security Provider. He has spent over 15 years in the security industry personally installing over 1500 home and business security systems. His expertise is identifying and securing properties against threats such as vandalism, robbery, fire, invasion and assaults.
Shane is a BYU Graduate in Political Science, helping him better assess and understand human interaction and motivations. He is also an Officer in the New Mexico Army National Guard. His military specialty is Flying Black Hawk Helicopters, with an emphasis in counter-drug observation and interdiction. He is a member of the board for NEBA, Chairman of the Marketing Committee for Homegrown El Paso, member of the 5 points Lions Club, and various other community outreach programs. His motto in business is ?The key to protecting El Paso is more than just security systems, it is improving the conditions in which we live.?
