The energy was very high on Monday as we promoted another assistant manager at Detroit Business Consulting, Inc. Solomon Remos is the newest addition to the management team! Solomon joined the company just over a year ago after graduating from the University of Michigan with a degree in neuroscience. Upon graduation, Solomon planned for a future in the medical field but after working at DBC, Inc. for a few months, he changed his focus from medical to sales and management. He found that he enjoyed coaching and developing others and his competitive personality worked well in a merit-based system.
Since being hired in January of 2011, Solomon sharpened his sales and marketing skills and expanded his ability to work with a diverse group of customers and clients. At DBC, Inc. we focus heavily on the development of someone both personally and professionally. The skills learned through the management training program equip individuals to handle a variety of situations they could be faced with in the workplace and in different situations in life. We are excited about the newest addition to the management team and the different dynamic he will bring to the table!
